Specialists carried out the transportation of the Terex Magnum 80, which has a production capacity of 80 tonnes per hour, including erecting the plant at the manufacturer’s site in Ghana.

BSS international trading sold not one, but two concrete mixing plants at the beginning of the year. In January, a used Ammann with a capacity of 120 tonnes was transported to Romania, and, in February, a new (made in 2013), fully mobile Parker SRM 60 was transported to Iraq.

The Ammann-Wibau concrete mixing plant, which BSS international trading transported to Nigeria, has a capacity of over 160 tonnes. Beforehand, technicians completed extensive reconditioning work, comprising the complete restoration of the mixer, filter and cabling, modernising the dryer drum and spraying the entire plant.

A brand new Ticel CF 80 asphalt mixing plant was delivered to Russia for a large road construction company. BSS international trading completed the entire operation, including erecting the plant at the manufacturer’s site in Russia.

Wassertransport für Schwergewichte: BSS international trading führt in Eigenregie den kompletten Transfer zweier gebrauchter Wibau Asphaltmischanlagen nach Russland durch. 1992 in Deutschland errichtet, werden die beiden Anlagen – jede mit einer Produktionskapazität von 160 Tonnen pro Stunde – von den Profis aus Finowfurt demontiert, in Container verladen und zum neuen Standort verschifft.

In den Hafen von Dar-es Salaam führt diese Reise von BSS international trading für einen Kunden in Tanzania. Wertvollstes Gut an Bord: ein schwerer Mobilkran des Typs Demag AC 200. Das maximale Gewicht, das diese Power-Maschine heben kann, liegt bei 200 Tonnen.

Russia was the destination for three Schwing mobile concrete pumps. A large construction company ordered the 5-year-old chassis-mounted pumps, with delivery heads of 36m, 39m and 42m respectively, to be delivered to the port in Saint Petersburg. BSS international trading completely reconditioned and modernised the vehicles before delivery. Order value: €0.8 million

The assembly and dismantling of the Terex Magnum 140 took around a week – a short time from one construction site to another.
